| Hankuk University of Foreign Studies' Russian Research Center (Director: Sang-yong Pyo) held the 'Cultural Education for Citizens Understanding Polarity' for Incheon citizens from November 24 to December 3, 2021 at the International Education Center of Songdo University of Foreign Studies.
This citizen lecture was hosted by Incheon Metropolitan City and supervised by the Russian Research Institute of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and the Polar Research Center of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. It was held for the purpose of knowledge development and education.
