Agreed on it, and as part of that, the program was planned to hold a course every year. Ulsan Foreign Language High School is a school where excellent students from the Gyeongnam area enter, and the students' interest in Russia is very high, and it has produced many students who go on to Russian-related departments every year. Although Sokcho High School is a local general high school, not a special-purpose high school, interest in Russia was very high, with 200 students studying Russian. Since there are many Russians living in Sokcho and Donghae, Gangwon Province, I was naturally curious about Russians and was told that there is a lot of interest in them.
